Simple Mini Puddings With Biscuits

I’m all about keeping it simple and these are so simple yet extremely effective!
They make great gifts or as a Christmas table treat/decoration.
Ingredients:
1 packet Arnott’s Royals chocolate biscuits
white chocolate
Jaffa’s
Spearmint leaves or other soft green lolly that can be cut into shape.
How to make:
Melt white chocolate and drizzle over each biscuit. Place a single jaffa and some small pieces of spearmint leaves (cut into smaller leaves) on top. Done! It really is as simple as that!
